SwingTable Return Policy | Made-to-Order Furniture

Our SwingTable Returns policy reflects how we make our furniture: every SwingTable is made-to-order just for you, with custom finishes and dimensions selected before fabrication begins. That means SwingTable Returns are limited compared to mass-produced furniture, and we want you to understand the policy clearly before you place your order.

We get started on production quickly in order to ensure on-time delivery, and as such, there is a small window of time during which we are able to modify or cancel an order. After your order is placed, please contact us within 24 hours to make a change. If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Unfortunately, damage in transit can occur. If your order arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please immediately contact info@swingtables.com with your order number, with photos and description of the issue/damage, and with any photos of the packaging and packing materials your furniture arrived in. SwingTables will then work to the best of our ability to find a resolution.
