Refund policy

Most SwingTables products are made to order just for you, and as such, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

Cancellations and changes. You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. After that, and until production begins, you can cancel for a 5% fee, which is deducted from your refund. Once production begins we'll email to let you know, and from then on orders can't be cancelled or changed. Orders that have shipped can't be cancelled.

Unfortunately, damage in transit can occur. If your order arrives in less-than-ideal condition, please immediately contact info@swingtables.com with your order number, with photos and description of the issue/damage, and with any photos of the packaging and packing materials your furniture arrived in. SwingTables will then work to the best of our ability to find a resolution.
